Everyday is Earth Day, but once a year SRL hosts a celebration that highlights ways to enjoy the earth while we work to protect our resources. Since 2014 Longmont Earth Day Celebration has been one of Boulder County’s biggest Earth Day events.
The Earth Action team leads SRL’s work on air, water, and soil sustainablity efforts. Through our annual Earth Day Celebration we bring Earth important issues to Longmont residents in fun, relatable acitivites and programming. For the rest of the year we focus on projects to create meaningful change to ensure a healthier, safer Longmont for all.
